Joelle Schulze Boehle is a Principal of HR Legal Search and has a background as a large firm corporate transactional attorney. Joelle has successfully placed partners, associates and in-house counsel, as well as legal staff with law firms and companies in Texas and across the nation. She also has experience with contract placements, outplacement services, seminar training sessions and one-on-one career counseling.
Joelle earned her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law in 1999 and graduated from Yale University in 1994 with a B.A. in English. While an undergradua
te, Joelle worked for several years in the Legal Services Organization at Yale Law, and between college and law school, she worked in New York City as a paralegal at Lankler Siffert & Wohl LLP, a white collar crime and civil litigation firm. Following law school, Joelle joined Winstead, P.C. in Austin and practiced corporate, securities, and mergers and acquisitions law there for almost seven years. She also served on the firm’s diversity committee and leadership transition committee. In 2006, Joelle switched hats to legal recruiting as a Managing Director of Kinney Recruiting, followed by serving as a Principal of Haven Search Group.
Joelle is a Past President of the Travis County Women Lawyers’ Association and has served on the Boards of the Austin Bar Association and the Travis County Women Lawyers’ Foundation for many years. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
