to search for a new addition to its team in Austin, Texas. We are seeking an attorney with 1 to 3
years of corporate transactional experience from a leading law firms with strong academic
credentials and a sophisticated deal history.
Our client is a small, family-friendly group comprised of former big firm lawyers. Its client base
includes private equity companies with portfolio companies that do not have in-house counsel, so
the work can range from large-scale mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, and financing
matters working across the table from Am Law 100 firms, to serving as outside general counsel
and handling companies’ day-to-day corporate governance, employment issues, commercial and
technology transactions, and more.
