Kathryn Holt Richardson Receives Outstanding Champion of Women Lawyers Award

HR Legal Search founder Kathryn Holt Richardson has been named Outstanding Champion of Women Lawyers by the National Bar Association's Women Lawyers Division.

On July 28, 2026, HR Legal Search founder Kathryn Holt Richardson received the Outstanding Champion of Women Lawyers award from the National Bar Association’s Women Lawyers Division. The award was presented at the Gertrude E. Rush Annual Breakfast.

The honor recognizes Kathryn’s more than 30 years in legal search and placement and her long-standing advocacy for women in the legal profession.
