The Second Annual W.E.L.L. Summit (Women Empowering Leadership in the Law) took place on March 22, 2025, at the University of Texas Law School. It was a groundbreaking collaboration among local organizations supporting women lawyers, providing a unique space for them to connect and learn from each other. TCWLA, MAMAS, League of Lady Lawyers, The Sisters in Law, Center for Women in Law, and Cafecitos joined forces to host this conference, designed to connect various local professional groups supporting women lawyers.

The summit featured speakers on professional development, small group workshops, networking opportunities, and free CLE credit.
