Undaunted: NBA-CLS 38th Annual Corporate Counsel Conference

The National Bar Association Commercial Law Section's 38th Annual Corporate Counsel Conference, held February 20-22, 2025, in Fajardo, Puerto Rico, commemorated the NBA's centennial with the theme "Undaunted: Rooted In Our Legacy, Cultivating Our Future." This premier event convened over 450 attorneys, judges, and law students nationwide, including general counsels from Fortune 500 companies, for three days of dynamic CLE panels, strategic networking, and signature events such as the Law Firm Expo and Corporate Dine-Arounds. The conference highlighted the NBA-CLS's unwavering commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and excellence in the legal profession. Among the distinguished speakers was Kathryn Holt Richardson, founder of HR Legal Search, who led a Women's Wellness session, contributing her expertise to the conference's focus on cultivating the next generation of legal leaders.​
