Crystal joined HR Legal Search in 2024 as Managing Director, where she leverages her expertise in legal recruiting to connect talented attorneys with opportunities that align with both law firms and their own professional goals and objectives.
Prior to her current role, Crystal served as Legal Recruiting Manager at DLA Piper, where she spent nearly a decade overseeing the firm's recruitment efforts across the Southwest. Earlier in her career, she held a similar role at Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP in New York, where she spearheaded firmwide recruiting operations.
